This is one of the least sugary and caloric maple syrups available on the market. A blanded maple syrup, which is a maple syrup mixed with a carob syrup. A lower sugar content therefore for this maple syrup that lends itself to the most varied recipes, as a substitute for sugar in porridge, fruit salad, ice cream, pancakes and even salmon.
