As good as fresh, Aromy's dried celery is perfect for the preparation of sautéed, minestrone and soups. We can also add some to a homemade vegetable broth. Unlike other Aromy dried vegetables, celery requires 10 minutes of rehydration in cold water. It should then be drained and used directly in cooking.
