
Cinnamon 'Raw' chocolate stick 55g
Unrefined dark chocolate, at first sight "imperfect": opaque and mottled color, grainy on the palate. It comes from a process that originated in 1700, with stone grinding of cocoa beans. A product "made as it once was", made with a few essential ingredients: cocoa beans, raw cane sugar, vanilla beans and - in this case - Ceylon cinnamon sticks.
