'Raw' chocolate bar with Ginger 55g
Stone ground cocoa beans (as was the case in the 1700s), raw cane sugar, vanilla beans and powdered ginger for this 70% dark chocolate bar with ginger flavor. The "Grezzo Leone" line designed for lovers of dark chocolate with a grainy and raw texture is produced without any trace of milk and can be transformed into hot chocolate if it is dissolved in water (250ml of water for a 55g bar) and brought to a boil, stirring for 3-5 minutes.
