Thanks to Aromy we can finally have organic courgettes in the pantry all year round. As good as fresh, Aromy's dried courgettes are made from organically grown Italian courgettes. Just soak them in cold water and drain after 10 minutes or use them directly in cooking. We use them as a base for risottos and first courses, soups, omelettes and lasagna.
