Desobry's 'Pearls' are a small work of art: a thin, crumbly layer of biscuit with a filling of creamy dark chocolate mousse, all covered with a crunchy dark chocolate coating. Those "dots" that we find on the cap of the Perle Noir by Desobry are cocoa beans in granetta. Impossible to resist, right? The pack contains 10 black pearls.

Ingredients: 43.8% dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, anhydrous MILK, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), sugar, vegetable fats (palm, palm kernel), WHEAT flour, low-fat cocoa powder, whey (milk), pieces of toasted cocoa beans, coconut, whole milk powder, invert sugar syrup, rapeseed oil, free-range chicken EGGS, salt, natural flavoring, growth agents (sodium carbonate , diphosphates). Dark chocolate: cocoa min 46%. Lean cocoa powder: 10% cocoa butter. It may contain traces of NUTS (HAZELNUTS, ALMONDS).
