A perfect white tea all year round. Pleasant in winter as well as in summer, perhaps even when drunk cold. Delicate, slightly sweet and balanced between the floral notes of elderberry flowers, the citrus note of lemongrass and the fruity note of organic blueberries. Likes a short , 2-3 minute infusion. As with all white teas, it is advisable not to bring the water to a boil so as not to "traumatize" the tea leaves.
