Grezzo Leone comes from an "old-fashioned" process. Roasted and ground cocoa beans from the same Leone company: hot air roaster without direct fire for roasting and stone grinder for crushing the best cocoa beans. The result is a chocolate with an opaque, grainy, imperfect appearance because it is not refined. It is proposed here in its rum variant.
