Craftsmanship for these biscuits from the Marabissi pastry shop in Chianciano Terme. A crumbly pastry - delicately scented with cinnamon - worked with dehydrated orange to which chocolate chips are finally added to make everything more delicious. The gift version is also very nice, in a tin box .

Ingredients: WHEAT flour, butter (MILK), cane sugar, EGG, chocolate 8% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), sugar, dehydrated orange 2.3%, cinnamon 0.5%, leavening agent (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, wheat starch), sea salt, natural orange flavor, vanigilia. It may contain traces of ALMONDS, HAZELNUTS and NUTS.
