Shortbread Triangles 120g
They come from Scotland and are the butter biscuits par excellence: the Shortbreads! These have the shape of a triangle and are obtained by cutting a round shaped cookie cake. They are also called "petticoat tails" and it seems that Mary Queen of Scots was very fond of them. And it is not the only one! Inimitable shortcrust pastry with a slightly salty taste.
