Matcha tea gives this English Tea Shop blend a delicate "bitter" note that perfectly balances the sweetness of white tea and Ceylon cinnamon. A pinch of ginger completes the recipe. Like all white teas, it likes a short infusion (2-3 minutes) at 80 ° C (therefore before the boiling point of water). Pack of 20 individually wrapped sachets.
