Rose Petals Jam 140g
Rose jam is obtained from the infusion of freshly picked and obviously untreated pink and non-red rose petals (they are more bitter). Very pleasant for breakfast spread on rusks or toasted wholemeal bread, to fill or decorate cakes and pies. It is also perfect as a jam for cheeses. We combine it with both goat and blue cheeses or fresh cheeses such as mascarpone. A quick recipe: pink tiramisu with pink Reims biscuits, mascarpone and rose jam! Also fantastic is the combination of dark chocolate and rose jam, to try!
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
