Il kit "Sakura"racchiude tutto il necessario per preparare il tè matcha nel modo corretto. A differenza degli altri tè verdi, infatti, il matcha non viene lasciato in infusione, ma lavorato con una frusta in bambù fino a ottenere una crema morbida e una schiuma vellutata.
Il set comprende il Matchawan, la tradizionale ciotola in ceramica, il Chasen, la frusta in bambù realizzata a mano, il Chashaku, il cucchiaino dosatore in bambù, e il supporto per Chasen, indispensabile per mantenere nel tempo la forma della frusta.
