Crunchy Honey and Figs 300g

A reinterpretation of the most classic crunchy of San Marco dei Cavoti. Antonio Autore adds figs and honey to hazelnuts and almonds. A mix of quality ingredients for a process that is still faithful to tradition today, which is not much to define as artisanal. Copper cauldron and wooden spoon are the equipment with which Antonio Autore works his crunchies. The crunchy honey and figs is very pleasant at the end of a meal, perhaps accompanied by a passito.
