Organic Tonka Beans 20g

Tonka beans are the seeds of the Cumaro in flowers, originally from Central and South America. As with vanilla beans, Tonka beans should not be consumed alone but are an aromatic ingredient of the highest quality for the creation of exclusive recipes. Particularly appreciated in French desserts, but also in savory cuisine where its scent of vanilla and bitter almonds helps to enhance the taste of preparations such as mayonnaise and mashed potatoes. It looks like a large raisin and before use it should be grated like nutmeg.
