Organic white pepper 50g

Delicate white peppercorns harvested for Mill & Mortar in the forests of Sri Lanka. A white pepper of elegant intensity that will exalt fish and shellfish dishes, white sauces and condiments to the nth degree. The berries are harvested when fully ripe, when they are therefore red in color. In soaking they will lose the outer skin and bring to light the white "pearl" which will then be dried.
