60% dark chocolate with Brazilian pink peppercorns. A must in Dolfin's "Carnet de Voyage" collection. In this recipe, pink pepper gives extreme delicacy to dark chocolate. A taste that is sweet, aromatic and spicy at the same time. An association of flavors that draws us into extreme and extremely pleasant contrasts.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, pink pepper (1%), emulsifier: <strong>soy</strong> lecithin, natural vanilla flavor. Cocoa: 60% minimum. It may contain traces of <strong>milk</strong> , <strong>nuts</strong> , <strong>gluten, sesame</strong> and <strong>eggs</strong> .
