For this recipe Dolfin chooses a medium intensity dark chocolate (60% cocoa) so as not to overpower the citrus acid note of candied orange peel. Ingredients: Cocoa mass, sugar, candied orange 4% (orange peel, sugar, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid), cocoa butter, emulsifier: <strong>soy</strong> lecithin, natural flavors. Cocoa: 60% minimum. It may contain traces of <strong>nuts</strong> , <strong>eggs</strong> , <strong>milk</strong> , <strong>gluten</strong> and <strong>sesame</strong> .
