ORGANIC Oolong blue tea
Oolong, also called blue tea , is a semi-fermented tea. It is obtained from the leaves of Camelia Sinensis Assamica like all other teas, the difference lies precisely in the processing. Oolong in Chinese means "black dragon" probably due to its jagged shape. Technically it is halfway between a black tea and a green tea. It is certainly a full-bodied tea, tending to bitter and therefore pleasant even in combination with Asian recipes or with chocolate desserts. Box of 20 sachets.
